These Terms of Service (hereinafter: TOS) apply to the AI (artificial intelligence) services provided through aitrainer.hu, aitrainer.info, aitrainer.app and aitrainerlab.com (hereinafter: Website). By using the Website, you accept these TOS and undertake to use the services in accordance with them.

2. Services – AI Chatbots, AI Workflow Automations and Phone AI Systems

2.1 Based on AI Language Model

Our AI processes are based on state-of-the-art language models that enable natural language processing and human-like communication capabilities.

2.2 Training with Documents and Instructions

To maximize AI process efficiency, we enable specific training and prompting based on user-provided documents and instructions.

2.3 AI Software Runs on Our Servers

For security and data protection reasons, the AI process management software runs on our own servers.

2.4 Embedded Chatbot on User Websites

The chatbot is designed for easy integration into any website.

2.5 Interaction Based on Training Documents

The primary purpose of the AI chatbot is to interact with website visitors based on knowledge acquired through training documents.

2.6 AI Workflow Automations and External Integrations

The platform provided by the Service Provider can function as a general AI-based process builder and automation system.

3. Subscription

3.1 General Information

AI-Trainer services are available exclusively on a subscription basis.

3.2 Payment Method

We use the Stripe payment platform for subscription fee payments. Invoices are sent automatically via Billingo.

3.3 Subscription Renewal

Subscription renews automatically for the next period.

3.4 Late Payment

In case of late payment, users will be notified about the delay period and possible further steps.

4. Terms of Use and Limitations

4.1 Training Conditions

AI processes operate solely based on information learned during their training.

4.2 Q&A Limitation

To prevent system abuse, the AI process allows a limited number of Q&A interactions per session.

4.3 Disclaimer of Liability

While we do our best to ensure accurate responses, we assume no liability for incorrect or erroneous answers and outputs.

4.4 Other Limitations

All further use of the AI processes must comply with these TOS.

4.5 Prohibited Use

The Client may not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, unauthorized purposes or those violating third-party rights.

4.6 Use of Phone AI Systems

If the Client creates phone AI assistants through the Service, the Client is solely responsible for legal compliance.

4.7 Client Warranties

The Client warrants that all data uploaded to the Service originates from lawful sources.

5. Termination and Cancellation

5.1 Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

5.2 Deletion of Data and AI Conversations

Upon subscription cancellation, we enable immediate and permanent deletion of all user data and AI conversations.

6. Data Management

AI-Trainer is committed to handling user data and documents confidentially and securely.

6.2 Third-Party Transfer

AI-Trainer guarantees that your personal data will never be transferred, sold, or shared with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 User Responsibility

Every user acknowledges that AI responses and information are automated and based on the training data provided.

Users purchasing monthly subscriptions enjoy a 30-day money-back guarantee.

9. Changes and Modifications

9.1 Notification Obligation

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or update the TOS from time to time.
