These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “T&C”) apply to the AI (artificial intelligence) services provided through the websites aitrainer.hu, aitrainer.info, aitrainer.app and aitrainer.blog (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Website”). 2. Services – AI Chatbots

2.1 Operates Based on an AI Language Model

The AI chatbot we provide operates using an advanced language model. This model enables natural language processing and human-like communication capabilities, allowing the chatbot to understand and respond to user requests and issues.

2.2 Training Through Relevant Documents and Instructions

To maximize the chatbot’s effectiveness, we provide the possibility of custom training. Based on documents and instructions provided by users, the AI learns and refines its responses to best match the company’s needs and customer expectations.

2.3 AI Software Runs on Our Own Servers

For security and data protection purposes, the software operating the AI chatbot runs on our own servers. This ensures uninterrupted operation, reduces the risk of third-party data leaks, and allows us to improve system performance and stability.

2.4 Embedded Chatbot on the User’s Website

The chatbot is designed to be easily integrated into any website. The implementation process is simple and fast, enabling companies to immediately benefit from the chatbot without requiring extensive web development knowledge.

2.5 Interaction with Users Based on Training Documents

The primary purpose of the AI chatbot is to interact with website visitors. Based on the knowledge acquired from the training documents, the chatbot can answer customer questions, provide information, assist with products or services, and optimize the customer experience by delivering fast and accurate responses.

3. Subscription

3.1 General Information

AI Trainer Chatbot services are available exclusively on a subscription basis. The subscription grants users access to the full functionality and all benefits of the chatbot services.

3.2 Payment Method

We use the Stripe payment platform for subscription payments, enabling secure credit and debit card transactions. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption to ensure user data security.

After payment, invoices are automatically issued through Billingo.

3.3 Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions are renewed automatically for the next billing period. If the subscription fee is not paid on time (e.g. due to an expired or blocked bank card), access to AI Trainer Chatbot services may be temporarily or permanently restricted. Subscription fees and billing cycles are available during registration and within the user account.

3.4 Late Payment

In the event of late payment, users will be notified regarding the overdue period and possible further actions. The service may become inaccessible until the outstanding amount has been fully paid. Additional fees may also apply in cases of late payment.

4. Terms of Use and Restrictions

4.1 Training Conditions

The chatbots operate exclusively based on the information learned during training. Any communication that does not correspond to the information provided during training may not be available or appropriate. Users must not provide the chatbot with information or commands that differ from the training materials provided.

4.2 Question-and-Answer Limitation

To prevent abuse of the system, the chatbot allows only a limited number of question-and-answer interactions with a specific user during a given session. The maximum number of interactions may be configured to maintain a proper balance between user experience and system protection.

4.3 Disclaimer of Liability

Although we make every effort to ensure that the chatbot provides accurate responses, we do not assume liability for incorrect or inaccurate answers. Responsibility for the training process and its quality lies solely with the subscriber. The AI Trainer team provides all necessary support and guidance for proper chatbot training, but the subscriber remains responsible for executing the training process and for the responses generated.

4.4 Additional Restrictions

Any additional use of the chatbot must comply with the provisions of this T&C. AI Trainer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service if the user fails to comply with the specified restrictions or conditions.

5. Termination and Cancellation

5.1 Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately; however, fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

5.2 Deletion of Data and AI Conversations

Upon cancellation of the user subscription, we provide the option to immediately and permanently delete all user data and AI conversations. Once deleted, this data cannot be restored. Before deletion, users are advised to create backups of all relevant data and information.

5.3 Subscription Changes

If the user decides to modify their subscription plan (e.g. downgrade to a lower-tier plan), the new subscription fee becomes effective immediately. We are unable to refund fees already paid for the previous subscription plan for the current billing cycle.

5.4 Additional Terms

For any additional questions or requests regarding cancellation or termination, please contact our customer support team. Upon cancellation or modification of a subscription, the other provisions of this T&C shall remain in effect unless expressly stated otherwise.

AI Trainer Chatbot is committed to handling user data and documents confidentially and securely. All data provided by users through the chatbot or related services is protected using strict security protocols and procedures.

6.2 Transfer to Third Parties

Protecting your data is of utmost importance to us. AI Trainer Chatbot guarantees that personal data provided by users will never be transferred, sold, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes or for any other purpose.

6.3 Technical and Organizational Measures

To protect your data, we use the most advanced technical tools and organizational procedures available. This includes data encryption, firewall protection, and other security protocols to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or damage.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 User Responsibility

All users acknowledge that the responses and information provided by AI Trainer Chatbot are automated and based on the training data supplied. Therefore, users bear sole responsibility for the responses and any consequences arising from them. Users are required to critically and carefully evaluate and apply the chatbot’s responses.

7.2 Support and Assistance

The AI Trainer team is committed to providing support and assistance regarding the use of the chatbot. Although we make every effort to ensure that users receive the most accurate and appropriate responses, AI Trainer assumes no liability for AI-generated responses or their potential consequences.

7.3 Limited Liability

AI Trainer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, significant, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the AI Trainer Chatbot, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7.4 User Obligation

Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for applying the responses provided during chatbot usage. Accordingly, users are encouraged to seek additional expert advice or consultation in cases where the responses may have significant consequences.

8. Warranty and Guarantee

8.1 Early Adopters Program

Users participating in the AI Trainer Chatbot Early Adopters Program are entitled to a 30-day full refund guarantee. If the user is dissatisfied with the service for any reason during this period, they are entitled to request a full refund of the subscription amount.

8.2 Monthly Subscription Guarantee

Users who purchase a subscription under the monthly subscription model introduced after the launch of the service are also entitled to a 30-day refund guarantee. If the user decides within the first 30 days that the service does not meet their expectations, they are entitled to a full refund of the subscription fee.

8.3 Warranty Disclaimer

AI Trainer Chatbot services are provided on an “as is” basis, meaning we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service, nor the complete accuracy or reliability of chatbot responses. Although we make every effort to ensure optimal chatbot performance, we disclaim liability for any damages or losses arising from the use of the service or related thereto.

8.4 Operational and Availability Issues

There may be occasions when AI Trainer Chatbot is unable to respond immediately to user questions or requests. This may vary depending on system load, network traffic, or other technical factors affecting the operation of the chatbot.

8.5 Hardware Availability

AI Trainer Chatbot and its underlying software operate on dedicated hardware systems. Although these systems are designed for high availability, temporary downtime or limited availability may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons.

8.6 Our Commitment

We do everything possible to ensure that AI Trainer Chatbot services operate continuously and without interruption. We continuously monitor and maintain our systems to provide the best possible service to our customers. However, we kindly ask for users’ understanding that certain circumstances, often beyond our control, may result in service limitations.

9. Changes and Modifications

9.1 Obligation to Notify

The service provider reserves the right to modify or update this T&C from time to time in order to better reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. If changes are made to the T&C, users will be notified at least 30 days before the new terms take effect, either via email or through a notification displayed within the service interface.

9.2 Entry into Force

The new T&C shall automatically enter into force on the 30th day following notification. If the user does not agree with the new terms, they have the right to terminate their subscription to the service.

9.3 Continuous Review

Users are advised to review the T&C periodically to remain informed about the latest changes. The latest version of the T&C will always be available on the website or within the application settings.
